Return & Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we're happy to help. 

 

 

Our products can be returned with  15 days of the original purchases of the product.  You will be responsible for restocking fee of 15 %.

AP Marie Candles  & Co . does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 business days of receiving the returned product.

 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:  

• The Product was purchases in the last  15  days. 
• The product is in its original  packaging.
• The product isn't used or damaged.
• You obtained a  Return Merchandise (RMN) from AP Marie Candle & Co.

To obtain a Return Merchandise (RMN), contact us with photo proof that the product are unused Hello@APMarie.com.

 

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. If your product was damaged during transit or defective, please contact us with a photo. Please review the Shipping with Damaged packages information. 

 

AP Marie Candles  & Co . does not cover return shipping costs or services. Please package the product in the manner they were provided to you to prevent damage during transits. 

 

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 business days of receiving the returned product.

 

Discontinued or Sale times unfortunely, cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
