USPS is currently experiencing shipping and delivery delays, delivery of orders may take up to 4-6 business days. Please note, USPS transit times are not a reflection of our processing time. If you are experiencing a delivery issue with your order, please contact your local USPS branch

 
 
AP Marie Candle & Co. accepts order  24/7 and are packed and shipped Monday-Friday ONLY, excluding Holidays. Orders placed on the weekend and Holidays are processed on the following 1-2 business days. 
All candles are made to order and are normally processed within 5-7 business days.  You will receive email notification when your order has been processed and on its way.
 
 
 
Shipping Rates

With a minimum purchase of $100 or more at APMarie.com, shipping is no cost to you. USPS shipping rates are based on your  shipping address and the weight of your order. Depending on the weight of your order, your package will be sent via  First  Class Package or Priority Mail. Large order to be ship via  UPS Ground.
With a purchase of $60.00 or less at APMarie.com shipping is a flat rate of $10.00. If a discount code is applied to an order and the subtotal is under $60, shipping costs will apply. 
  
Inaccurate  Address
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order may be delayed. Any package returned due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded. Addresses are not manually entered, therefore the address applied at checkout will be the same address on the shipping label. 
AP Marie Candle & Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery of packages.  Please contact your local shipping carries within  24-48 hours if your received confirmation that your order is delivered but did not received your packages. 
 
 
 
Damaged Packages
We are careful to package your package in bubble wrap and packing peanuts but sometimes the transits is rough. It  happens and we know it sucks. Since our packages are sent via USPs Priority Mail, they are insured. While we are not responsible for  the USPS  handling of packages, we will work with you to remedy the situation and replace your damaged items by filing the claim to USPS. Please provider photos showing the extent of the damage with 3 days of delivery this will help us with your claim. Please email photos of damaged to  Hello@APMarie.com with your order number.  
 
 
 
Lost or Stolen  
AP Marie Candle & Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery of packages.  Please contact your local shipping carries within  24-48 hours if your received confirmation that your order is delivered but did not received your packages. You will need to file a  police report and also file a complaint with the shipping carrier to have them investigate.
